Black truffle is back, chosen under the guidance of truffle grower Gilbert Hugou. Benoit’s chef Fabienne Eymard offers you to try it in her suggestion: Poule au pot’ fattened chicken with black truffle . You can also choose a dish on the menu and enhance its flavors, with some truffle grated upon demand!

This winter, enjoy the beautiful citrus fruits of Bénédicte and Michel Bachès, farmers in the south of France. Their delicious flavor brings a freshness hint to the end of the meal. Now on the menu, discover the Orange baked Alaska , flambéed with Cointreau and served with an orange coulis.
