The team

Tradition and transmission: the leitmotiv of a passionate team!

In the kitchen, the chef Fabienne Eymard leads the brigade since 2015.
In the room, Franck Rotenberg  supervises everything: he welcomes the guests and gourmets in this real Parisian bistro. According to him, "the hospitality and the service must be like the place : excellent and friendly, with simplicity".
Jean de Lamartinie , the sommelier, takes care of the wine cellar and its 512 references.

A strong passion for Benoit is the common point to every member of the brigade, in the room as well as in the kitchen.
