From September to December, traditional dishes are in the spotlight at Benoit Paris.

For this delicious occasion, Alain Ducasse and chef Fabienne Eymard have chosen four traditional recipes for a gourmet retrospective. Legendary dishes for lovers of exceptional moments.

During the months of September and October, Fabienne Eymard cooks autumn fruits like vegetables to enhance the powerful meats in homage to the traditional dishes of the Bourgeois cuisine.
