A Pink October at Benoit Paris
In solidarity with the fight against breast cancer, Chef Kelly Jolivet and her team have come up with a unique creation to show their support.
This month, the Benoit Paris restaurant presents its dessert in the colors of Pink October: the grapefruit pavlova, a recipe as symbolic as it is delicious with its crunchy meringue and its tangy notes of pink grapefruit !
For each pastry sold, Benoit Paris commits to donate a part of the profits to the association Pink Ribbon, dedicated to raising awareness of breast cancer screening as well as to supporting medical and scientific research.
